Ken Hardison practiced Injury and Disability Law for over 32 years and built one of the largest Personal Injury Law Firms in the state of North Carolina.
He still actively participates and consults his former partner, Ben Cochran, regarding the marketing of the firm. Go to www.LawyerNC.com to learn more about the law firm Ken helped build.
In addition, Ken recently sold his small Social Security Disability Firm (Carolina Disability Lawyers) in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Ken attributes his success to his persistence and willingness to try new things, primarily in marketing. Ken has had proven success with his firm and in 2009 decided to share his knowledge with other lawyers.
This led to the creation of PILMMA (Personal Injury Lawyers Marketing and Management Association). PILMMA is the only legal marketing and management association exclusively for Injury and DisabilityKen Hardison Lawyers.
Ken is a native of Dunn, North Carolina. He graduated Cum Laude from Campbell University in 1979 and from Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1982.

“Since becoming a member, I can say that I have increased my caseload by at least 30 percent. In fact, managing the growth has been my biggest challenge. But, that is a good problem to have. I am getting more cases, better cases and all-time high conversion rates!”Larry Disparti
“Thank you for having us be part of PILMMA! I’ve been practicing and managing a law firm for 25 years. I started with seven people and grew to 100, so I thought I knew quite a bit about marketing a law firm. My first PILMMA conference revealed how much I DIDN’T know. What a great experience on so many levels and again we look forward to a long relationship.”Samuel Pond
“I was skeptical about joining PILMMA over the years. I was even skeptical as I paid the money to join. However, after a couple of months as a Gold member, I am pleasantly impressed. The volume of materials, seminars, great ideas, etc. is phenomenal. Plus, the timing of the materials, seminars and ideas is about perfect in keeping me focused on growing my business. Thanks.”Mark Underwood
